Responsibilities
* Recruit and train the best people for the team, ensuring they are capable of delivering above and beyond by developing operational and leadership skills.
* Coach the team to be passionate and knowledgeable about store products, building the brand and providing customers with the right range, quality and service.
* Lead the team in driving trade activity and use expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
* Build managers’ knowledge to deliver and sustain Store Change Plan and resource planned activities, ensuring hours are worked where most beneficial to customers, and identify and resolve root causes with sustainable solutions.
* Prioritise colleague safety and coach the team to use all security tools available to provide a safer place to work.

* Great communicator sharing knowledge, experience and best practices, working collaboratively to deliver results.
* Natural and welcoming with customers, putting them at the heart of everything, listening and understanding others and building strong relationships.
* Energy and resilience to keep momentum going in challenging environments, owning decision‑making for the store and acting quickly based on what is right.
* Energy and drive to deliver beyond expectation, inspiring confidence in those around you.
* Aware of competitors and always looking for ways to build and deliver new initiatives to improve the store.
