We are looking for an ICT Support Technician to join our Digital Support Desk. Your role will be the first point of contact for technical support, helping corporate staff and schools to get the most out of their digital tools.
Responsibilities
* Roll out and configure end‑user devices, including laptops and mobile devices.
* Ensure systems are up to date and compliant, reducing risks and safeguarding against cyber threats.
* Provide first‑class ICT support to corporate staff and schools.
* Provide expert advice on new technologies and equipment.
Qualifications
* Education: A Level standard plus HND/HNC in a computer‑related discipline.
* Experience: Skilled in supporting multi‑platform devices.
* Knowledge: Ability to advise on emerging technologies and best practices.
* Proactive, problem‑solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
