Belfast based multi-channel retailer Argento was founded in 1997 and now has 25 stores throughout the UK and Ireland.We are currently recruiting a reliable and detail focused cleaning operative to join our TEAM in Head Office. This is a part time, permanent role, suited to someone with strong housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience and a profession, discreet approach to their work. Role: Part Time Cleaner, permanent contract Hours of work: Part Time, 15 25 hours per week, afternoons, Monday to Friday Location: Currently Belfast BT4 1JT, however, will be a move to Lelia Street, Belfast, BT4 1GF in the next few months Rate of pay: £NMW/NLW Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all areas to a high standard, carrying out daily, weekly and monthly checklists Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general surface cleaning in all offices, kitchens, bathrooms, meeting and communal spaces Regular deep clean of microwaves / fridges Sanitising touch points and high traffic areas throughout the day Clean and sanitise washrooms, including toilets and sinks and replenish supplies as needed Cleaning windows, blinds, skirting banisters Emptying bins and recycling, and dispose of waste properly Cleaning kitchens; including cupboards and surfaces, clearing tables, brushing and mopping floors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, and reporting any shortages Follow established cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines and ensure safe use of cleaning materials and equipment Requirements: Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential (minimum 1 year) Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks Ability to carry out all jobs efficiently and to a high standard Profession al attitude with a discreet and respectful manner Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated time frames Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace, and punctual Candidates who are offered employment will be required to produce proof of identification and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
