Overview
Regional HR Business Partner, £45k + £5k car allowance, home based role but candidates must live in Bristol, Gloucester, Oxford or Trowbridge. Areas of responsibility include West Midlands, Coventry, Birmingham & Solihull, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, New Forest, Dorset, Wiltshire and Southwest Wales. Travel dependant upon business needs.
Our client is a well-established, multi-site organisation looking to strengthen its people function. Following recent growth and evolving operational needs, they are seeking a proactive HR professional to partner with management teams and help shape a supportive, high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide operational, end-to-end HR support, including performance management, employee relations, change management, development planning, and recruitment for management roles.
* Work closely with operational leaders to deliver integrated solutions, support employee welfare initiatives, and contribute to the implementation of key people strategies across the business.
Qualifications
* Experienced HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advisor, ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it.
* Track record in employee relations, performance management, and generalist HR support within a multi-site business.
* Strong relationship management, influencing skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Ability to navigate change, coach managers effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
* Must drive and have own vehicle.
