We're looking for a Performance Manager to lead our well-established, high-performing Chesterfield Training Centre — combining strong team leadership with hands-on delivery of GCSE English.

What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire: Manage, motivate, and develop a dedicated centre team to achieve outstanding results.
* Teach and support: Deliver engaging GCSE English sessions to help learners gain essential qualifications.
* Drive performance: Ensure the centre exceeds performance and quality targets.
* Champion student success: Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports every learner to thrive.
* Safeguard and uphold values: Promote British Values and ensure learner safety and wellbeing.
* Manage resources: Oversee budgets, compliance, and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership and people management experience.
* Experience teaching GCSE and Functional Skills English.
* Excellent communication, motivation, and organisational skills.
* A positive, proactive approach with a focus on results.
* Maths and English at Level 2 (or equivalent).
* A management qualification would be an advantage.
