About the Role:
This role is with a leading private practice, managing a diverse caseload from start to finish. You will provide high-quality advice on employment law matters, representing both individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on employment rights, contracts, dismissals, grievances, and discrimination cases
* Managing your own caseload independently, from initial consultation to resolution
* Representing clients in employment tribunals and mediations as required
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
* Providing clear, practical, and commercially-focused legal advice
* Staying updated with employment law changes and advising clients accordingly
Requirements:
* UK-qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in employment law
* Ability to handle cases independently within private practice
* Strong communication skills and rapport-building abilities
* Excellent organisational skills for remote working
* Experience in tribunal representation is a plus
