Managing Consultant (Public Sector & Healthcare)
Salary: c£115k + 10% bonus
Location: London / South East (hybrid)
The Role
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, values-led consultancy delivering digital transformation across the NHS and wider public sector. They’re looking for a senior, hunter-style Managing Consultant or Client Partner to bring in new business, own client relationships, and help shape the growth of the business.
This isn’t a traditional role. You’ll spend most of your time externally focused, developing new opportunities and working with senior stakeholders across healthcare and government. You’ll be responsible for winning work from live opportunities, growing existing accounts where appropriate, and leading high-profile projects that make a tangible difference for patients, staff, and services. There’s real autonomy to shape your own portfolio, introduce innovative solutions, including AI-powered tools, and help define how the business develops its client base.
Who You Are
You are a proven hunter with a track record of winning business in digital transformation consulting, ideally in healthcare or public sector. You have trusted relationships at senior levels, including Board, CIO, and executive stakeholders, and can bring immediate, monetisable opportunities. You are commercially savvy, comfortable operating autonomously, and motivated by results. Mentoring colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture comes naturally.
