The Operations Manager will oversee financial management, operational processes, and administrative duties across 3 offices in Liverpool. This temporary role based in the Speke office requires a proactive and organised individual that is comfortable working in a role with lots of variety. Client Details This is a small-sized organisation with a focus on operational excellence, it offers a structured yet supportive environment for its team. You will be overseeing three sites. Description Handle procurement processes and manage supplier relationships effectively. Participate in meetings and provide strategic input on financial and operational matters. Manage administrative tasks to support the overall organisational objectives. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Coordinate operational logistics to ensure smooth organisational functioning. Support the leadership team by preparing financial analyses and reports. Ensure accurate record-keeping and manage audits as required. Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.Profile A successful Operations Manager with Finance should have: Strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. Operational and admin management background and experience with health and safety, risk, facilities and property Proficiency in financial software and tools for budgeting and reporting. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Job Offer Competitive hourly rate of £24 to £28 per hour. 35-hour work week with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Generous holiday entitlement, including 31 days plus bank holidays.
