We are seeking a Sub Agent to join our infrastructure team in Norwich to oversee and ensure successful planning, delivery, and handover of the section of works. What you'll do: Manage, supervise and mentor the site team to enable them to perform their duties effectively. Generate temporary works design briefs, inspect and review designs, and raise technical queries to design teams. Produce and update look ahead programmes, record and communicate progress, and create detailed plans for your section. Maintain accurate site records, raise requisitions, ensure compliance with subcontract scopes and identify cost savings in your section.
