We are currently recruiting for an ambitious, newly opened, multi-rosetted fine dining gastropub with 15 rooms. We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to assist our Michelin star experienced Head Chef in preparing high-quality, all-fresh food. The menu features 50 covers with a 50-cover garden in a stunning location.
