Reporting directly to our General Counsel, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the LGHHM business and gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of in‑house legal work.

What You’ll Be Doing
Commercial Contracts
 * Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with suppliers, consultants, and partners.
 * Provide clear, practical advice on contractual issues and business risks.
 * Support compliance and contract lifecycle management.
Corporate Governance
 * Coordinate board meetings and prepare board packs.
 * Manage filings, statutory registers, and entity data for UK and overseas subsidiaries.
 * Handle transactional support, including document execution and legalisation.
 * Assist with acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
 * Advise on development projects and compliance matters.
 * Liaise with external counsel on complex property issues.
Ideal Candidate
 * UK‑qualified lawyer with 1–3 years PQE, gained in‑house or in private practice.
 * Solid foundation in commercial contracts and governance, with interest or experience in real estate and/or hospitality.
 * Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
 * Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and record‑keeping.
 * Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
 * Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to support a broad range of in‑house legal matters.
 * Sound problem‑solving skills and a pragmatic approach to legal and business challenges.
