About You:
* A recent graduate (any subject considered)
* A genuine interest in working with children or young people

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential (e.g. coaching, mentoring, tutoring, care work)
What’s on Offer:
* Full-time and flexible roles to suit your availability
* Ongoing training and CPD opportunities
* Experience across a variety of SEN and SEMH settings
* A pathway into teacher training or long-term roles in education
