This is what you’ll actually do! You will build strong, trusted relationships with leaders to align people strategies with business goals. You will act as a proactive advisor across the employee lifecycle, supporting performance, development, and engagement, while providing guidance on employee relations, organisational design, and change initiatives. Using data and insight, you will identify trends and opportunities to improve team effectiveness and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture, ensuring that people practices are consistent, fair, and aligned with company values. You will support the business across all aspects of HR, including best practice, employment legislation, employee relations, recruitment, manager coaching, employee engagement, and people-focused projects at both site and group level. Reporting to the Lead People Partner, you will work closely with the Site Leadership Team and operational functions to embed culture and values, enabling strong performance within a positive and motivating environment. You will be confident and engaging, with the ability to influence and constructively challenge stakeholders to deliver the people agenda and drive continuous improvement. You will bring experience of managing employee relations casework, a solid understanding of UK employment law, and strong organisational skills to effectively manage priorities. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
