Operations Administrator (Wealth Management) - Whiteley
We have an opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our client's team based in Whiteley, Fareham. You will report to the Platform Operations Deputy Manager, and we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a background of providing high-quality administration and customer service within the financial services industry. Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits, including flexibility to work from home 3 days each week.
Responsibilities:
* Always prioritize customer service, providing an excellent level of service as your primary responsibility.
* Process instructions received via internal systems and email, with great attention to detail and efficiency.
* Manage daily client cash withdrawals and internal cash movements.
* Handle client deposits, collect initial fees, and manage cash investments.
* Provide ad hoc client/quarterly valuations and annual tax reports.
* Process instructions to maintain in-house funds and external platforms when required.
* Apply good problem-solving skills, understand when to escalate issues, and take accountability for resolving problems.
* Participate in project work to improve systems and processes.
* Contribute positively to team morale and energy, and be a great team player.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, GIA’s, and wrapped products.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Be a good team player.
* Experience challenging the status quo regarding processes.
* Self-starter with ownership of personal development.
