Due to continued success, Stoneacre is expanding rapidly, creating exciting new opportunities across the business. We are currently recruiting a highly motivated individual to join our IT team as a Service Desk Analyst.
Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will join a team responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems, as well as providing efficient support to all business users.
The IT team handles a wide range of queries, from basic user administration, password resets, and help requests, to manufacturer-driven IT projects. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will play a key role in providing first-line support, resolving IT issues, and preparing equipment for use across the group.

Duties / Responsibilities
1. Maintain control of IT equipment stock
2. Image and build desktops/laptops ready for use
3. Prepare and dispatch equipment to sites as required
4. Log and manage support tickets in line with IT support processes
5. Provide customer-focused technical support (deskside, phone, and remote)
6. Diagnose and resolve first-line IT issues efficiently
7. Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
8. Support users by providing training and guidance on IT systems
9. Assist with basic administration of telephony systems
10. Manage user accounts across various systems

12. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (flexibility required)

Person Specification / Experience Required
14. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels and franchise partners
15. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
16. Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
17. Ability to prioritise workload and deliver timely solutions
18. Capable of working independently and taking ownership of issues
19. Self-motivated team player, resourceful and keen to learn and share knowledge
20. Flexible, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
