The Trading and Performance Manager is responsible for Performance analysis and optimisation of our Travel Money and International Money Transfer products and services. Providing detailed performance and trend analysis and trading insight by channel, region, branch type and customer demographic, you will be responsible for reviewing key performance before presenting stats and potential improvements aimed at driving Postmaster revenue.

You will produce channel specific plans to drive increased customer and franchisee engagement, develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and assess opportunities for cost reduction. As a subject matter expert across our Product set you will use multiple data sources to develop market and customer insight. What we can do for you

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrable experience working with Data with a particular focus on implementing change based on results. In addition you will possess: • Excellent computer literacy particularly with Excel and PowerPoint • Experience preparing and delivering trading and performance data through presentations to senior Stakeholders • Strong commercial business acumen and ability to make data-driven business decisions. • Demonstrable experience of delivering projects to achieve key objectives • An excellent communicator with strong numeracy, presentation and decision making skills • Knowledge of the Global/UK Travel Money industry products and services would be of benefit About us
