Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for health and social care?

Do you have the ambition to build a care division from the ground up — with the backing of an established recruitment agency?

We’re launching a CQC-regulated care division, and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the commercial strategy, drive referrals, secure contracts, and shape how our services are positioned across the UK care sector.

About the Role

You won’t just be joining a team — you’ll be creating a business unit. Working closely with our CEO, Clinical Lead, and Registered Manager, you’ll lead on launching, scaling, and delivering a high-quality, commercially successful care service.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in domiciliary care, supported living, or CQC-regulated services, and a proven ability to win contracts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Launch & Scale:

* Lead business development for our new care division
* Shape commercial strategy and service models
* Identify and secure opportunities with NHS Trusts, local authorities, and private buyers

Build Referral Networks:

* Engage commissioning teams, discharge planners, housing providers
* Position our care services as flexible, high-quality solutions

Drive Growth:

* Generate referrals and improve occupancy
* Lead marketing campaigns and proposal development

Own the Sales Journey:

* Manage inbound enquiries from pitch to mobilisation
* Ensure repeat business and client satisfaction

Track Performance:

* Meet revenue targets and KPIs
* Provide insight reports to the leadership team
About You
* Proven track record in healthcare or social care business development
* Experience working with commissioners, local authorities, NHS, or public sector contracts
* Confident communicator and negotiator
* Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Passion for improving lives through better care
* Able to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams
Why This Role, Why Now?

We’re at the start of a major expansion — and this role puts you at the heart of it. You’ll be empowered to create, lead, and grow a high-impact care division with the infrastructure, support, and stability of a trusted recruitment agency behind you.

If you’re ready to build something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
