Full time, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Occasional Saturday Morning at Elstree)
Shifts: Early Shift (08:00–16:00), Late Shift (12:30–20:30), or Long days (08:00–20:00)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, and includes private healthcare
Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Paediatric Staff Nurse to join our outpatients team at Golders Green and Elstree sites. As a Senior Paediatric Staff Nurse within our Outpatients team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, family‑centred care to children and young people, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care independently. You will take clinical leadership, supervising and supporting junior staff, providing expert guidance, and helping to shape services across both sites. You will work collaboratively in a mixed adult and paediatric outpatient environment, contributing to service improvement through audits, risk assessments and policy implementation, and act as a safeguarding link for paediatrics. This is a varied and autonomous role where you will lead by example, ensuring safe, efficient clinic flow and a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
* Registered Children's/Paediatric Nurse – valid NMC
* Minimum of at least 2 years’ experience post registration
* Demonstrable experience within an outpatient setting
Travel
Due to working across both sites, the ability to travel independently (e.g., access to a car) is highly beneficial unless you are based locally.
