Post Title: eRostering Facilitator

Location: Lynebank Hospital

Salary/Banding: Band 5 (£33,247 41,424)

Hours: 36 hours

Do you enjoy learning about new Digital systems? Have you heard of eRostering? Do you enjoy working within a Digital and Information setting? Do you listen and communicate effectively? If you do, then NHS Fife is looking for you to work within their eRostering Team as a Facilitator.

The eRostering Facilitator will be responsible for supporting the e-Rostering Manager to deliver an effective ongoing business as usual service delivery of the electronic rostering system within NHS Fife.

The post holder will provide service / system support for systems implementation and provide
ongoing support for the eRostering system across NHS Fife. The facilitator will work directly with the eRostering Team and will spend a lot of time training staff across NHS Fife, delivering large scale education on both the eRostering and SafeCare systems to ensure confident, consistent and compliant use across all services.

We are looking for someone who will be a key advocate for eRostering and our other Digital Systems and who is passionate about ensuring that training is delivered hand in hand with change to create a truly effective workforce.
