* Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain, specifically with Policy, Claims, and Finance data
* Strong expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Data Reconciliation
* Hands-on experience supporting Finance Transformation and Reporting programs
* Exposure to Enterprise Data Platforms (EDP) and Databricks is highly preferred
* Experience with Data Retention, Archival strategies, and Regulatory Compliance (GDPR)
* Good understanding of data controls, lineage, metadata management, and audit requirements
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
