The Role As an Unqualified Teacher, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a positive learning environment. Support students in their learning and encourage engagement. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders. Tradewind will provide full support and guidance, including access to professional development opportunities and progression routes into teacher training. What We're Looking For A genuine passion for education and supporting young people. A degree (or equivalent qualification). Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
