Must haves
Proven experience in retail buying ideally within homeware, kitchenware, or a similar category
Strong commercial mindset able to balance creativity with strategy
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
Confident analysing data to inform buying and pricing decisions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to haves
Experience working with international suppliers (China and/or Europe)
A passion for cooking, homeware, or interior trends
Experience developing own-label products
Knowledge of sustainability or ethical sourcing principles
So what will you be doing?
Selecting, developing, and managing product ranges
Analysing sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best commercial terms
Collaborating with internal teams (design, merchandising, marketing) to deliver cohesive product launches
Ensuring product quality, value, and innovation align with brand standards
Travelling for sourcing and supplier visits (China and Europe)
