Are you an experienced Admin Assistant looking for a rewarding role within a supportive primary school?

Do you have previous school administration experience and excellent organisational skills?

Are you confident managing a busy office environment while providing outstanding support to staff, pupils and visitors?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bridgend County that is looking to appoint an Admin Assistant. The school is committed to creating a positive learning environment and values teamwork, professionalism and strong relationships with pupils, staff and the wider community.

The school is seeking an Admin Assistant to work 4 days per week from 8:30am to 3:30pm on a temporary basis. The successful Admin Assistant will be responsible for carrying out general office duties, supporting the smooth running of the school office and providing administrative assistance to the wider school team.


Qualifications

* Previous experience working as an Admin Assistant within a school setting
* Experience carrying out general administrative and office duties
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
* A professional and welcoming manner when dealing with staff, pupils and visitors
* A positive, reliable and proactive approach to work
