Warranty Administrator – Perrys Citroen & Peugeot Milton Keynes

Salary: negotiable, depending on experience

Warranty Administrator Role:
* Manage the warranty process within the service department by collaborating closely with both advisors and management
* Oversee all warranty claims within the department to ensure all paperwork complies with both group and manufacturer standards
* Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in general administration tasks
* Bring a solid background in warranty administration or service administration
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 12 months’ experience working as a main dealer warranty administrator or service administrator
* Proficient knowledge of the 1Link and/or Kerridge systems
* Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
