Summary

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our operations run smoothly, supporting our mission to provide high-quality care and support to young people transitioning out of care.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to support services.
* Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Assist with data entry and maintain databases for tracking resident progress.
* Organize meetings and prepare necessary materials for staff discussions.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.
* Contribute to a positive workplace culture that aligns with Cranmead's values.
* Qualifications
* Proven office experience with strong administrative skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Strong computer skills, including data entry capabilities.
* Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
