Senior AD (Client Growth & Paid Social)
Salary: £65,000 + bonus. Hybrid – London
A fast-growing independent creative performance agency is looking for a Senior Account Director to lead client growth across a portfolio of ambitious D2C ecommerce brands. The role has a strong focus on client leadership, commercial thinking and guiding paid social and creative strategy.
You’ll oversee a pod of specialists across strategy, creative and operations while acting as the senior partner to a group of high-growth ecommerce clients. It’s an opportunity to join a business scaling rapidly and help shape how performance marketing and creative strategy evolve together.

Role & Responsibilities
* Lead strategy and client growth across up to 10 key D2C ecommerce accounts
* Act as the senior strategic contact, building strong client relationships and driving commercial opportunities
* Manage a cross-functional pod of creative strategists, designers and operations specialists
* Shape performance creative strategy across paid social and broader growth channels
* Contribute to new business pitches, onboarding and long-term client partnerships
Skills & Experience Required
* 6+ years in performance marketing or paid social, ideally within ecommerce or D2C environments
* Strong client leadership and commercial acumen with the ability to build trusted partnerships
* Experience working alongside creative strategy teams to drive performance outcomes
* Comfortable leading small teams or pods within an agency environment
* Interest in AI and its practical application across marketing and workflow efficiency
