What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements Generating new business and supporting instruction growth Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants Handling enquiries and progressing deals through to completion Delivering a high standard of customer service Supporting the overall success of the lettings team What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator Strong communication and negotiation skills High level of customer service ability Professional, well-presented, and articulate Positive attitude and self-motivated approach Knowledge of the Margate area advantageous Full UK driving licence and own car essential Thorough and professional approach to lettings Listing or valuation experience beneficial What's In It For You?
