About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Communications Manager to join our team at SJP. Sitting within the Communications function, this role plays a vital part in shaping and delivering engaging internal and partnership communications that support our business strategy and bring our culture to life. Working closely with leaders and cross- functional teams across a matrix organisation, you'll have the opportunity to influence how our people connect with our purpose and values, and ensure our messages are clear, consistent and impactful.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and content strategy aligned to SJP's business goals.
* Create and lead an editorial calendar to deliver timely, compelling content across online and offline channels.
* Collaborate with leaders, cross- functional teams and subject‑matter experts to develop content that supports our strategy and strengthens our culture.
* Lead all aspects of the creation of multimedia assets, working with designers, videographers, agencies and other stakeholders.
* Monitor and analyse content performance, making data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
* Ensure all communications reflect SJP's brand, tone of voice and narrative while engaging employee and partnership audiences.

Essential Criteria
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting ability.
* Experience in content strategy development and implementation.
* Strong background in editorial planning and use of content management systems.
* Ability to run multiple communication streams and deliver high‑quality output.
Desirable Skills
* Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
* Experience handling departmental or divisional communications within a matrix organisation.
