We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team and an Outstanding rated care provider.
We are currently looking to recruit a Care Team Co-Ordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting our Care Professionals and Clients. This is a full-time position based in our Ipswich office. The role involves working in a team of three with a variety of duties, including:
1. Scheduling client visits with matched Care Professionals
2. Onboarding new clients, including scheduling and introduction organization
3. Completing quality assurance visits in the community with clients
4. Supporting with daily incoming calls
5. Making GP calls and healthcare referrals
6. Participating in out-of-hours on-call shifts
7. Supporting with covering holidays and sickness
8. Attending new Care Professional meetings
9. Ensuring responses to all client and Care Professional queries
10. Attending weekly team meetings with colleagues and senior managers
Qualifications
This role would suit an individual looking to progress from their current role, such as an experienced carer or senior carer. Being a driver with your own car is essential. We seek individuals passionate about helping others and supporting colleagues.
