We are looking for a Void Housing Surveyor to join our MoD Housing team, reporting directly to the Area Manager. You will be responsible for conducting surveys on vacant MoD Properties across various locations Aldershot, Andover and Winchester, assessing the condition of the properties and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance work.
Training can be provided so if you have a construction background with a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply!
Void Housing Surveyor - Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Prepare reports on the survey findings, including cost estimates for any required work
* Take pre and post inspection photographs, ensuring they have been correctly uploaded to CRM
* Recording meter readings
* Ensure all is carried out to a high standard
* Monitor the progress of repair work, and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
Void Housing Surveyor - ESSENTIAL
* Strong analytical skill, able to identify and diagnose problems quickly and accurately
* Attention to detail
* Ability to pass security clearance
* Full UK driving licence
