Associate Structural Engineer – Milton Keynes
Access Talent Group is currently working with an international based consultancy who are looking to bring in an Associate Structural Engineer to their team in Milton Keynes. This is a chance to join an established consultancy with an exciting pipeline for the next couple of years.
Responsibilities and expectations:
* Work in a localized team of 10, with a national team of 230.
* Collaborate on projects with values ranging from £100k to £200m and across sectors including Aviation, Distribution, Residential, and Commercial units.
* Run projects and manage a graduate and a technician, including budgeting and invoicing responsibilities.
To be considered for this role:
* 10+ years’ experience
* Experience mentoring is desirable as well as fees/invoicing
* Chartered with ICE or IStructE
* Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship
* Live in a commutable distance of Milton Keynes
* Heavy experience using steel designs
In addition to the salary, a car allowance is offered. There is clear potential for progression within the consultancy. Time is allocated to career progression and Chartership routes. Social events are held regularly to encourage team engagement.
