Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It's our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you'd like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too and would love to hear from you.
The table shows the periods of time in the week we'd like you to be available to work—the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, with 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. Our Customer Delivery Drivers get the opportunity to meet and talk to different customers daily. This role is about more than just driving: it’s about helping others and delivering great service with a smile.
It’s hands-on, physical, and full of variety. No two shifts are the same, and our customers seek help in many ways. Most of the day, you'll feel like your own boss, delivering to customers, with a team of Managers and colleagues back at base ready to support you.

Responsibilities
* Delivering customer orders efficiently and courteously.
* Ensuring the van and trays are clean, tidy, and organized.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the delivery area and trays.
* Loading the van and checking for roadworthiness.
* Communicating with customers about order changes, substitutions, and refunds.
* Handling products with care.
* Delivering within the specified time slots and notifying customers of early arrivals or delays.
Requirements
* Build relationships with colleagues to foster team spirit.
* Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues.
* Respond quickly to customer needs and embrace change.
* Be energetic and driven to exceed expectations.
* Share ideas to improve the store experience.
* Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA Driving license (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
