What you’ll be doing: No two days look the same, but you can expect to: • Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – plus fine dining for special events. • Work as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues. • Manage stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date. • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. • Support with kitchen deep cleans and due diligence paperwork. What sets you up for success You’ll shine in this role if you have: • A relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent). • A confident chef who loves working as part of a team. • Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for great food. • Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
