* Escalate risks early and drive follow-up to protect key dates.
* Operate independently in a maturing project environment with limited process.
Key skills and experience required:
* Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in physical product development (e.g., appliances, electronics).
* Familiar with engineering, DFM, quality, and NPI workstreams.
* Confident working in ambiguous, resource-constrained settings.
* Skilled in coordination, communication, and delivery tracking.
* PRINCE2 or Agile exposure is helpful but not essential.
Salary and benefits:
* £300-£400/day (Outside IR35)
* 6-month contract with high-impact visibility
* 3 days/week on-site in Droitwich (non-negotiable)
* Work with a respected British brand on a critical recovery project
* Immediate start with full project context provided upfront
This Technical Project Manager role is suited for someone who can cut through the noise, lead with calm authority, and help overstretched teams make clear progress. You'll work alongside sharp, supportive colleagues in a team that values action over ceremony. If you thrive under pressure and can bring delivery back on track, this position is worth a closer look.
