About the Role As a Communication Support Worker, you will play a key role in enabling students with hearing impairments to fully access the curriculum and school environment. Your responsibilities may include: Providing communication support for deaf or hearing-impaired students during lessons and school activities. Supporting students using British Sign Language (BSL) and other communication strategies where appropriate. Helping students access lesson content through adapted communication and learning strategies.
