Role Overview:
As a senior associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing existing legal matters and expanding the firm's employment law portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, contribute to business development initiatives, and enhance the firm's reputation within the legal community.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee existing employment law matters, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and brand consistency.
Proactively develop new business opportunities within the employment law sector, both from existing clients and through networking efforts.
Organize and participate in networking events, representing the firm, and fostering professional relationships.
Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals specializing in employment law, providing guidance and support for their development.
Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the firm's employment law practice.
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor of England and Wales, CILEX, FILEX, or Barrister with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
Demonstrated expertise in contentious employment law, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive approach to networking and relationship-building.
A commitment to upholding the highest professional standards and delivering exceptional client service.
