* Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
* Develop and manage detailed project budgets.
* Monitor and optimize project costs throughout the lifecycle
* Lead the tendering process and evaluate supplier bids.
* Resolve contractual issues during project delivery.
* Implement cost control measures and track expenditure.
* Identify risks and opportunities affecting profitability.
* Prepare interim and final payment valuations.
* Collaborate with teams to monitor and manage risk.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
* Chartered (RICS/CICES) or working towards chartered status.
* Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost management.
* Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office.
