Job Summary:
* The Performance Media Analyst will be working with like-minded analysts to define and deliver the paid search activity, with an opportunity to support paid social
* You will be responsible for supporting our Paid Media Manager in delivering performance for an exciting set of clients, dynamically planning, executing and delivering paid search activity across their campaigns
* You'll work across an exciting range of Google and Bing products. You will support in identifying and developing client strategies to increase effectiveness and improve ROI. You'll work closely with our account teams to produce insightful reports to showcase performance and support the delivery of client presentations
* You are a problem solver, motivated to succeed and driven by results, hitting the collective goals of the agency as well as your own personal objectives
* You are a team player working collaboratively with other colleagues in both paid media and the other media departments to ensure the smooth running of the company and that delivery is of the highest standard. You are an innovator with the ability to execute the implementation of the agency's campaigns effectively.
Requirements:
* Be dynamic and agile in your approach to work
* Able to lead and inspire clients
* At least 2 years' experience managing across paid search - Google & Bing
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Excellent time management/organisation skills
* Good knowledge of Bid management technology - SA360 is important and Campaign Manager would be a bonus
* Strong interpersonal skills to work within a rapidly growing and ever-changing business
* Proactive and anticipatory - leading rather than reacting
* Have a good understanding of technology and the ability to evaluate new tools and processes
* A proven track record of operational delivery
* Possess a technical understanding of all things Search and be able to articulate its role
