ABOUT THE ROLE
As our full-time Senior Data Growth Manager, you’ll manage all aspects of growth and data, instilling data discipline, conducting analyses, uncovering vital insights, and identifying growth opportunities to drive performance across our products and services.
You’ll be deeply curious about data; understanding how to get the most out of our expansive data sets and creating new ones. You’ll spot opportunities and trends to make things even better for karaoke fans and bring ideas to life through rigorous experimentation and testing.
You’ll work alongside teams across the whole business whilst helping your team grow and develop. You’ll champion the use of data, developing the culture of data-driven decision making and you’ll get to see the impact of your work quickly.
In this role you’ll:
* Take full ownership of Sing King's data across multiple platforms, promoting a more proactive approach to data and building an underlying data infrastructure to support the business.
* Analyse, forecast, and present data in order to provide solid recommendations and reports to the senior leadership team, highlighting key metrics for performance across all products and services. Use Big SQL/BigQuery for complex data analysis, utilise Firebase and Google Analytics and leverage Looker Studio for visual reporting and insight.
* Spearhead app attribution processes, identifying and optimising acquisition and retention channels, including push notifications and email marketing strategies.
* Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of experimentation and A/B testing initiatives.
* Implement and refine ASO, SEO and Digital Marketing strategies to improve visibility and rankings in app stores and search engines to drive downloads and engagement.
* Effectively utilise and develop junior team members with upskilling, training & development plans, 1:1’s and reviews.
* Work directly with engineers and Use Google AppScript, REST APIs, and JavaScript to enhance data integration and automation.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis with a degree in a relevant field e.g. Business, Computer/Data Science, Marketing Research.
You’ll also have at least 4 years of professional experience with growing an app's user base - if it’s in the mobile gaming sector, even better! You’ll understand the unique challenges and opportunities in mobile app growth which gives you a creative edge in developing innovative approaches to engagement and monetisation. Your experience enables you to provide insights that are not just data-driven but also grounded in a deep understanding of what makes an app compelling and enjoyable for users.
