About the Role
Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on making a difference! Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams at our resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay at Butlin’s.
As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. You’ll be responsible for keeping bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and kitchen areas spotless, all in line with our Clean and Fault Free program. But that’s not all! You’ll also dive into at least one other area for the rest of your contract hours, potentially joining our Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Sports, or Leisure departments.
Exciting news! Live-in accommodation may be available for those aged 18 and relocating to the area.
