Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and presentation of a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.

* Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering to ensure the kitchen is well-supplied.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with health regulations.
* Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and restaurant policies.
Experience
* Proven supervisory experience within a busy kitchen or hospitality setting.
* Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food production.
* Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
* Experience working in restaurant environments with a focus on high-quality service.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations.
