Are you a talented HR advisor keen to work for an organisation that truly makes a difference? I am working with an incredible high growth organisation to hire a HR advisor for the consultancy arm of their business. With responsibility for proactive HR support for a portfolio of clients this role is broad in responsibility including typical 'business as usual activity’ as well as a range of project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR advisory support including disciplinary/grievance processes, absence management, disputes, and performance related issues
2. Advice and guidance on contract queries
3. Supporting to develop and update HR policies and procedures
4. Project support
5. HR reporting and auditing activities including analysis of HR metrics and trends
6. Conducting HR audits
7. Talent attraction support
8. Stakeholder management - maintaining proactive working relationships
It's likely you will be CIPD qualified (level 5) with good Advisor level experience, if this has been gained in the consultancy space however not essential. You will need excellent influencing and communication skills.
