Bond Adams Solicitors is a well-established law firm, operating since 2007. We have 4 offices located in Leicester, Birmingham, and Aldershot and hold Investors in People Gold accreditation as well as Lexcel and CQS.
We are currently looking for an administrator to support our teams at our Leicester city centre offices, predominantly in the field of property sales and purchases and other administrative areas.
Position
Business Administrator
Hours: 8:45am to 5pm - 5 days per week (inclusive of 1 hour unpaid lunch)
Holidays: 20 days per annum plus bank holidays
Workplace pension: after 6 months
Salary: £24,000 per annum gross.
Location LE2 / LE5 – we are looking for someone who lives within Leicestershire as this is a long term in-person role.
Administrator Job Responsibilities:
* Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
* Drafts correspondence.
* Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
* Attends meetings and takes meeting notes.
* Liaises with internal and external units to carryout job tasks.
* Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures.
* Provides front desk coverage as needed for backup.
* Handles administrative tasks for pressing cases ahead
* Handles event planning for meetings, professional development, and other department initiatives.
* Audio typing
* Deals with key property related administration.
* Logs into and updates various portals along with dealing with HM Land registry, companies house, Infotrack and other portals.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
* Supply management
Education, Experience, and conduct
* Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
* 5 GCSES - A-C or equivalent
* Professional manner and willing to wear smart business attire.
* Business etiquette in terms of ethics and confidentiality.
* At least 18 months administration experience in an office setting.
