We are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator based at our manufacturing facility in Scunthorpe. The candidate will work 5 days per week from Monday to Friday, 16:00-00:30. Main responsibilities: Working within a specified area (including Assembly Lines, Goods In and Production) to provide administrative support Launching orders and distributing the relevant documentation to key customers Communicating between internal and external departments across all sites to resolve any stock issues promptly to prevent delays in manufacturing and loading Monitor stock levels of manufactured/bought-in products and components and ensure replen requests are submitted as required Ensuring all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner Providing training and support to colleagues as required by your area manager Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by management About You Desired Skills & Knowledge: Warehouse experience (would be an advantage but not essential) Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong IT knowledge, including use of Microsoft Office Knowledge of IFS system would be beneficial About The Company At Wren we’re passionate about all things kitchens, and now bedrooms too!
