Tax Manager – Advisory Focus | Broad Technical Exposure
A well-established and growing advisory firm is looking to appoint a Tax Manager to join its expanding tax team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys variety and advisory work, with exposure to a broad client base including high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, SMEs, large corporates and partners in professional services firms.
The role offers a diverse mix of work across corporate and personal taxation, making it particularly attractive for someone who enjoys working across multiple tax areas rather than specialising too narrowly.
You will be involved in a wide range of advisory matters including company reorganisations, share restructurings, inheritance tax planning, exit strategies, and share scheme implementations, alongside managing complex compliance matters and advising clients on proactive tax planning opportunities.
There is also exposure to specialist areas such as embedded capital allowances claims, land remediation relief claims and EIS/SEIS applications, providing an opportunity to further broaden your technical experience.
As a Manager within the team, you will take ownership of client relationships, prepare technical advisory reports, liaise directly with HMRC on enquiries, and review work prepared by more junior staff while helping to develop the team.
