Internal Recruitment Coordinator – Temporary Staffing - Dual Management
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Dual Management team, managing the recruitment and deployment of temporary staff across our portfolio of prestigious residential buildings in London and beyond.
This is a high-volume, fast-moving role where you'll be the vital link between our Account Managers, clients, and a large bank of temporary concierges, cleaners, and security guards. What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment & Staffing:
* Source, interview, and onboard temporary concierges, cleaners, and security guards
* Build and maintain a reliable bank of quality temporary workers
* Match the right people to the right roles based on skills, location, and availability
* Ensure all workers have the necessary compliance checks and documentation
Shift Management & Coordination:
* Book temps into shifts across multiple sites daily
* Manage last-minute cover requests and emergency staff shortages
* Monitor attendance and chase no-shows
* Handle multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
* Keep on top of timesheets and ensure workers are paid correctly and on time
Relationship Management:
* Work closely with Account Managers to understand site requirements
* Liaise with external clients to fill their staffing needs
* Build strong relationships with your temporary workers to encourage reliability
* Handle worker queries, concerns, and feedback professionally
* Be the go-to person when issues arise on site
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Proven experience managing a large volume of temporary workers (ideally 50+ at any one time)
* Background in recruitment coordination, hospitality staffing, event staffing, or similar high-volume temp environments
* Experience with shift booking systems and managing complex rotas
* Exceptional organisational skills – you can handle multiple urgent requests without losing track
* Calm under pressure when dealing with last-minute changes and emergencies
* Strong communication skills – you'll be on the phone and emailing constantly
* A proactive problem-solver who doesn't need their hand held
Desirable:
* Experience recruiting for hospitality, facilities management, or property services
* Understanding of the London residential property sector
