They are hiring an Area Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to take ownership of operational delivery to a portfolio of sites of specialist housing (not social housing or care homes) in and around Aldershot. Your new role As Area Manager, you will work closely and support the Regional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of repairs, compliance, voids, and grounds maintenance services for residential accommodation in and around Aldershot.
