Applicants will need to be flexible around working hours to support during busy examination periods, particularly in December, March, and May/June.
Main duties will include:
1. Working with the Data & Exams Manager to ensure the successful operation of the examinations process.
2. Familiarity with the guidance for invigilators and instructions for conducting exams in line with the relevant Examination Board.
3. Supervising the admission of candidates into the examination room and helping them find their seats quietly and efficiently.
4. Distributing question papers, answer booklets, and related materials at the start of exams and collecting them at the end.
5. Supervising candidates to ensure regulations on conduct and communication are strictly observed.
6. Providing candidates with additional materials as necessary and in accordance with examination regulations.
