What we’re looking for
As a weekend Team Leader, you’ll be a confident and reliable motivator who thrives in a hands‑on role. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service while maintaining high standards in food and drink preparation.

Your experience
* Prior hospitality or a customer‑facing role
* Experience preparing food and drinks in a fast‑paced environment
* Knowledge of food hygiene (FH Level 2 certificate is a bonus)
What you’ll do
* Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
* Lead the daily setup and close‑down of equipment (e.g., coffee machines, juicers)
* Oversee food and drink preparation, including; coffee, juices, smoothies, bagels
* Maintain the highest hygiene standards throughout the day
* Support and train team members to ensure smooth operations
* Serve and clear tables, keeping the venue clean and inviting
* Oversee accurate record & report keeping, labelling & break planning
