The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the operational delivery of our ‘Inspiring Minds’ ‘WINGS’ and ‘Reach Out’ programmes, ensuring that they meet all NHS contractual requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes ensuring efficient referral, onboarding and offboarding processes and acting as the primary operational contact for service commissioners.
Theline management of staff is a key part of this role, ensuring that programmes are delivered in an efficient and effective manner, meeting the organisation's objectives and the needs of the beneficiaries including:
* Providing proactive line management and leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of project managers, creative tutors and member/programme coordinators across multiple sites and delivery cohorts
* Leading on staff performance management, including setting objectives, identifying training needs, addressing underperformance and conducting annual appraisals
* Delivering regular team meetings, ensuring staff feel supported and aligned with the charity’s mission
The post holder needs to be both a systems thinker and a people leader - balancing contract delivery with creative and innovative approaches to improve the mental health and wellbeing of our community.
